Digital Minds International backups are done daily. We only keep backups for 10 Days. We will make every effort to retrieve lost files associated with your Web site, email and databases but, we do not guarantee successful retrieval of data or files. Digital Minds International customers should keep copies of all their files on their local computers to guarantee retrieval of their data, this includes email and databases. We do provide a backup utility in your control panel.Questions and concerns should be submit as a support request to our ticket system:
